Returns

We will accept returns within 30 days of your order being dispatched. If you need to return an item, please call us to discuss it first. We do not accept returns on sale items.

All return items need to be in re-saleable condition unless faulty or damaged. Any yarn returned must be in its original packaging and unopened. We cannot accept yarn return if it has been wound from a skein into a ball.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and products should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt together with your contact details, including your phone number, email address and delivery address. We cannot accept liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you using a recorded delivery service.

If your order is incorrect or items are damaged in transit to you, we will refund your purchase and cover the cost of the return postage. Please document carefully any damage to the package and contact us immediately. Replacement items will be sent at no additional cost.

Our parcels are sent by Australia Post, and while care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for lost or uninsured packages, or if an incorrect delivery address was supplied at the time of order.

All prices advertised on the website and written are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

While we take every care in photographing our items to ensure reasonable accuracy in the depiction of colour and texture of the yarn, due to the differences in calibrations of individual monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen will be an exact match to the colour of the yarn. If we can assist you in describing colours or matching colours, please contact us. We are very to help you out.
